01. ABOUT OUR COURSES

What types of classes does Revive 702 offer?

We provide American Red Cross–authorized training, including:

  • Adult & Pediatric CPR

  • First Aid

  • AED Training

  • CPR/First Aid/AED Combination Courses

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Babysitter’s Training

  • Skill Boost Add-On Sessions

  • Blended Learning (Online + Skills Session)

  • Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

  • Online-Only Courses

02. ONLINE & BLENDED LEARNING

When will I receive my online course link?

Your ClassClick access link will be emailed within 48 business hours of registration.

Do I need to complete the online portion before my skills session?

Yes. The online coursework must be completed in full before attending your in-person skills session.

How long do I have to complete the online course?

You have 90 days to complete the Red Cross online modules. After 90 days, the course expires and cannot be reopened, extended, or transferred.

What if I don’t complete the online portion before my skills session?

You may reschedule by paying the $25 rescheduling fee, based on instructor availability. If you choose not to reschedule, it is considered a no-show.

My online course is not showing up in the Red Cross Learning Center. What should I do?

Contact the Red Cross Training Support Center:

03. INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING (ILT)

What should I bring to an ILT class?

  • A valid photo ID

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water or a drink (optional)
    All equipment and materials are provided.

What if I arrive late to an ILT class?

Late arrivals may not be admitted into class. You may reschedule by paying the $25 rescheduling fee (subject to availability). If you do not reschedule, it becomes a no-show.

What if I cannot perform the required skills?

Students must successfully demonstrate all required CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, Babysitter’s Training, and/or Skill Boost Add-On skills. If you are unable to perform the necessary skills, you may need to retake the course.

04. CERTIFICATION

How and when will I receive my certification?

The American Red Cross will email your digital certificate within 24–72 hours after successful completion. All Red Cross certifications are valid for 2 years.

05. RESCHEDULING, LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

Can I reschedule my class?

Yes. Students may reschedule one time by paying the $25 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is based on instructor availability.

Is the rescheduling fee refundable?

No. The $25 rescheduling fee is always non-refundable.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you arrive late, you may not be allowed into the session. You can reschedule for a later date by paying the $25 rescheduling fee. If you do not reschedule, the session is considered a no-show.

What is considered a no-show?

A no-show includes:

  • Missing your class or skills session

  • Arriving late and choosing not to reschedule

  • Leaving early

  • Not completing online coursework prior to a blended session

  • Being unable to perform required skills

  • Not attending for any reason

No-shows must purchase a new class.

06. REFUND POLICY

What is your refund policy for Online-Only and Blended Learning?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for:

  • Online-Only Courses

  • Blended Learning Courses (Online + Skills Session)

These courses cannot be refunded, canceled, transferred, or rescheduled once purchased.

What is your refund policy for Instructor-Led Training (ILT)?

Refunds for ILT follow the Revive 702 Refund Schedule:

  • Full refund: 7+ days before class

  • 50% refund: Up to 48 hours before class

  • No refund: Within 48 hours of class

Once you reschedule your ILT class using the $25 rescheduling option, you become ineligible for any refund, even if you were initially within the refundable window.

Do you offer group or on-site training?

Yes! Revive 702 provides on-site and mobile CPR & First Aid training for anyone, including:

  • Families & private groups

  • Schools & childcare centers

  • Offices & corporate teams

  • Healthcare practices

  • Security teams

  • Community groups

  • Churches & ministries

  • Events & organizations

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes — we offer a 10% group discount for qualifying group bookings.
