Refund Policy

Revive 702 provides American Red Cross–authorized training, and all refunds follow the guidelines below.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Skills Sessions & Add-On Services

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

Online-Only Courses

All sales are final.
Online-only courses cannot be refunded, canceled, rescheduled, or transferred once purchased.

Blended Learning Courses (Online Coursework + Skills Session)

All sales are final.
Blended learning courses cannot be refunded once purchased, regardless of whether the online coursework has been completed.

Refund Interaction With Rescheduling

  • Once a student reschedules, they become ineligible for any refund, even if they were initially within the refundable time window.

  • Any applicable rescheduling fee is non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility applies only before any reschedule occurs.

  • Rescheduling does not reset or extend the refund window.

No-Show Refunds

A student is considered a no-show if they:

  • Arrive late and do not reschedule

  • Have incomplete online coursework before a blended learning skills session

  • Are unable to perform the required Red Cross skills during the session

  • Leave early or fail to complete the full class

  • Miss the class or session entirely

  • Do not attend for any reason

No-shows are non-refundable and will be required to pay any applicable rescheduling fees to continue training.
