1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.revive702.com (“Website”), booking a class, or purchasing any service offered by Revive 702, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Revive 702 provides American Red Cross–authorized training and supplemental services, including:
Instructor-Led (ILT) Courses
Blended Learning (Online + Skills Session)
Online-Only Courses
Skills Session (Hands-On Testing Only)
Skill Boost Add-Ons
3. Certification Requirements
Blended Learning Requirements:
Online coursework must be completed before attending the in-person skills session.
Proof of completion must be presented at check-in.
Failure to complete online coursework is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Skills Session Requirements:
Students must perform CPR skills physically.
Must meet American Red Cross standards.
Certification Issuance:
Digital certificates issued by the American Red Cross are valid for 2 years.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Group/corporate clients must finalize details
before class.
5. Pricing & Payments
Payment required at booking. Prices in USD. Discounts must be arranged in advance.
6. Refund Policy (ILT, Skills Sessions & Skill Boost Add-Ons)
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class.
50% Refund: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
Refund Interaction With Rescheduling
Once a student reschedules, the original booking becomes non-refundable, regardless of when the reschedule request was made.
Any rescheduling fee is non-refundable.
Refund eligibility applies only before any reschedule.
7. Refund Policy (Online-Only and Blended Learning Courses)
All sales are final.
Once purchased, Online-Only and Blended Learning courses cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred for any reason.
For blended learning courses:
The online portion is non-refundable once purchased.
Failure to complete the online coursework is considered a no-show.
Students may reschedule the skills session (see Section 8), but no part of the purchase is eligible for a refund.
8. Rescheduling Policy (ILT, Blended Learning, Skills Sessions & Skill Boost Add-Ons)
Rescheduling is allowed based on instructor availability.
The first reschedule is free, except for blended learning failures.
Failure to complete the online portion of a blended learning course incurs a $25 rescheduling fee, including the first reschedule.
Any additional reschedules are subject to a $25 fee.
Online-only courses cannot be rescheduled.
9. No-Show Policy
A student is considered a no-show if they:
Arrive late and do not reschedule
Have incomplete online coursework before a blended learning skills session
Are unable to perform the required Red Cross skills during the session
Leave early or fail to complete the full class
Miss the class or session entirely
Do not attend for any reason
No-shows are non-refundable and will be required to pay any applicable rescheduling fees to continue training.
10. Liability Waiver
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Revive 702 is not liable for injuries.
11. OSHA & Red Cross Disclaimers
Training aligns with OSHA guidelines where applicable. Certification does not guarantee employment.
12. Mobile Training Requirements
Clients must provide a safe, clean training space. Unsafe environments may require rescheduling.
13. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content is the property of Revive 702. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
14. Privacy Policy
Information is used only for scheduling and certification. Revive 702 does not sell personal data.
15. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time.
