1. Use of Services

You agree to use Revive 702 services solely for lawful purposes and not engage in fraudulent activity or unauthorized distribution of materials.

2. Eligibility

Participants must meet the course age and physical requirements and provide accurate registration information.

3. Account & Registration Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, complete the required online modules, and check communications for updates.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at booking. Prices are listed in USD. Services are delivered only after payment.

5. Refund & Rescheduling Policies

Refund Policy (Summary)

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled class.

• 50% Refund: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

• Online-Only Courses: No refunds permitted. All sales are final.

• Blended Learning Courses: No refunds permitted once purchased. All sales are final.

Refund Interaction With Rescheduling

• Once a student chooses to reschedule, they are no longer eligible for any refund, regardless of when they reschedule.

• The $25 rescheduling fee (when applicable) is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Refund eligibility applies only before rescheduling.

• Rescheduling does not reset or extend refund windows.

Rescheduling (ILT, Blended Learning, Skills Sessions & Add-Ons)

• Rescheduling is permitted based on instructor availability.

• The first reschedule is free, unless the reschedule is required due to failure to complete the online portion of a blended learning course.

• Failure to complete the online portion of a blended learning course incurs a $25 rescheduling fee, including the first reschedule.

• Any additional reschedules beyond the first are subject to a $25 fee each.

• Online-only courses cannot be rescheduled.

6. Student Conduct

Students must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully. Violations may result in dismissal without refund.

7. Certification Requirements

The American Red Cross issues certification. Students must complete all requirements to pass.

8. Mobile Training Requirements

Clients must provide a safe, clean training space with adequate climate control and access to restrooms.

9. Intellectual Property

All website and course content belongs to Revive 702 and cannot be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation involves physical activity. You assume all risks. Revive 702 is not liable for injuries or damages.

11. Disclaimers

Revive 702 does not guarantee employment, regulatory compliance, or uninterrupted website performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

Revive 702 is not liable for financial losses, injuries, or third-party issues. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

13. Termination of Access

Revive 702 may revoke access for violations of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Services

Revive 702 may update policies, pricing, or course content at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nevada law.
